CBB UK Summer 2018 - Episode 25 - Flirting Floaters

Welcome, citizens, as we head into the final highlights for this series and also possibly the final ever CBB highlights.

Lights on for potentially the last ever CBB highlights, and off we go for the penultimate time this series

Gabby says good morning finalists as the music plays, Sally then heads to the diary room and says she is excited to be a finalist. Hope she is one of the first out in the final, had as much of this fraud as I am going to take.

Ryan and Dan are talking about their school days, and then thoughts turn to the final. Sally says she thinks the Queen will turn up, and then bizarrely claims she predicted Diana's death. Such a dam fraud.

On to today's task which is called Thirsty Kirsty's. To pass the task, housemates must be as funny as enthusiastic as they can, while conversing in their best pub banter. The reward will be a karaoke night later in the evening.

First up, the housemates have to share their problems with barmaid Kirstie. What's the point of this, they are going to get this karaoke night regardless as it's the final week and they basically pass everything anyway. Something to fill the highlights with I suppose as the public got rid of Hardeep, and most of us can only think 'what if Hardeep was still in there'

Gabby is in a playful mood, and off we go for the usual nightly flirt-a-thon with Gabby and Dan. Things turn a little sour resulting in Dan saying she has problems. That is so rich coming from someone who shouldn't even be in there as he threatened to knife his ex girlfriend if she started going out with someone else, and not as a joke either.

The flirt-a-thon continues between the usual two, this is what we have left to watch now Hardeep is gone

Ben appears on the plasma to host a pub quiz for the next part of the task, one of the rounds stolen directly from Celebrity Juice I might add. Next up, Gabby and Dan are not talking to each other but that is soon remedied by Kirstie, as she encourages them to hug. Way to show respect to Jacqueline, Dan, and this guy is now one of the favourites? Oh please.....

Outside information alert, as Motormouth Natalie and the rat Jermain appear on screen giving the finalists all sorts of pointers as in outside information. I know it's the last day of highlights and they will leaving the next day, but they shouldn't be told anything until they come out.

And back to the flirt-a-thon, Dan and Gabby talk about their 'relationship'. Dan says they haven't done anything wrong in there, this guy is just something else entirely. 

And no great surprise, they passed the task and it's karaoke night in Thirsty Kirstie's......Nuff said

Nick says he would love to see Dan or Gabby win, oh boy Nick if only you have heard some audio of Dan, you wouldn't be saying that.

Dan says he would like to make everyone he knows proud, and then he cries saying he misses his kids again. Oh please, Osbourne, you are not fooling anyone with these crocodile tears. You done nothing but disrespect your wife and kids since you have been in there, don't start coming across as this loving family man when you are really not.

Final thoughts

Dull episode, which was basically a big push for Osbourne to get him further up the pecking order for the final. There will be some people who will fall for those tears or  just think 'e iz well fit innit' and it will probably land 2nd or 3rd for him. I've said all I wanted about this guy, him and Gabby are just glorified flirting floaters and should have been shown the door days ago. The final few days are usually dull anyway, and we can let the odd duff episode through the net like this one

Kirstie my pick to win, but just think the sympathy vote will just be too strong so Ryan will win, despite the way he has conducted himself towards Hardeep in Hardeep's last few days in there. No more sympathy from me, he doesn't deserve to win and the only hope is that his more extreme fans will get complacent and stop voting thinking he has it in the bag.
