Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Finale

And we go again one last time this season, fellow Big Brother fans and chums...

Either Enzo, Cody or Nicole will be $500,000 better off after tonight's festivities as the jury decide who is most worthy to be All Stars champion.

Cody - A win for him is a win for Derrick

Enzo - Too stupid, could have got rid of one of the biggest threats in Nicole in the triple, but blew it. Always talks big moves but never goes through with them.

Nicole - Less said the better, like her previous season where she won, didn't start playing until the end and rode on someone else's coat-tails and/or hid behind the major alliance until that point. If she wins, it's another nail in this show's coffin. Less said about her edit over the course of this season the better, casuals are being programmed to think she is this really nice girl, when she's been nothing but mean. She should have known better than to join in the laughing when Memphis was mocking Ian about his autism.

Is this really who people want as a winner? Seriously?

In short, whoever wins it'll be meh's all over the board.

In case you missed it, Nicole won the first part of the final HoH (🙄) and advanced to part three, leaving Cody and Enzo to duke it out in part two to join her in part 3, which will be live in this final episode and the winner of part 3 gets to decide who to take to final 2, and a step closer to the grand prize.

Flat end to a flat season to be honest

1. Pre gaming
2. One alliance domination, bar one or two comps
3. Said one alliance acting like babies when things didn't go their way
4. No big moves from said alliance, opting instead to be sheep picking off the outsiders
5. Predictable eviction order

Many examples, and a lot more which I won't go into as we would be here all night.

So, shall we get started and get this over with for what's it's worth?

Soooooooo, we are off for the finale with a very long recap explaining how we got up to Princess Tippy Toes winning the first part of HoH

Final HoH, PART 2

Camera hogs, and what Enzo and Cody have to do is read some clues and put the correct evicted houseguests in the picture, and take all the piggies out and then take the picture. First houseguest to get three good pictures wins part 2, and advances to face Nicole.

Imagine that, Cody wins and it is almost certain Enzo is going to get clipped at 3rd place just like the script wrote.

Enzo is having a bit of a meltdown, only got himself to blame for this pickle. He only had one job in the triple, and he blew it. Cody says he is ok losing to Nicole, but not to Enzo. Gimme a break, whether it be Nicole or Cody winning, Derrick is the real two time winner in either scenario.

Jury roundtable

Enter Christmas, and still acting dumb that the wall yeller basically gave away the Cody Nicole alliance. Now look at the state of play, there they both are and plenty of chances to get them out. I just have no words. David asking what jury management is? Oh dear. Less said the better.

Basically, if Nicole cuts Cody she wins. Lucky us, eh

Final HoH of the season

Memory comp, and houseguests will have to watch videos about juror members, and then hear 3 statements and pick the false one. 8 rounds maximum, and the houseguest with most points wins part 3 and final HoH of the season.

Imagine that, Cody wins 8-7 and will probably get rid of Enzo in a few minutes. Well done Derrick, about to be the real two time winner.

Note, the only question Nicole got wrong was about Ian. What irony. Karma is a lovely thing sometimes.

Wait!!!!!!!!!!! We go straight to Cody's decision, and he chooses to evict........NICOLE!!!!

So Ian costs her twice, and she is fuming. Cody did what Enzo chickened out of doing weeks ago in getting rid of her.

Oh boy, she is sulking like crazy as she is revealed as the final jury member. "How dare Cody evict me and not let me be a two time winner" mode fully activated.

Day, however is absolutely loving this, as she is trying so hard not to laugh, and who can blame her. Nicole was so certain Cody would take her to final 2, as if she wouldn't have cut him if she had won that final HoH.

Very pointless questions from the jury, as we know who has this wrapped up.....or does he? Could there be one last sting in the tail here with Dopey winning. Slim hope is better than nothing I suppose.

And still Nicole tries to make it all about herself as she is just sitting there stewing thinking "How could Cody do this to me"

Less said about those final speeches the better, and it's vote the winner time.....

Next up, the pre-jurors again, and another chance to see Nicole 'Adorable' Anthony. Well she is adorable. She may not have played the best game, and she herself admitted she may have gone back in too early and I don't hold that against her. Besides, she liked AND commented about my picture of my rescue dog Lenny, and it's not often relatively well known people reply to my stuff so I am happy to have that feather in my cap.

Time to crown the winner

Ian votes Cody
Day votes Cody
Kevin votes Cody
David votes Cody
Dani votes Cody

Well done Derrick, officially two time winner without even going in the house

And now for the less predictable vote of the night as in America's Favourite Houseguest, and it goes to DAY!!!!!

Some small ray of light in this season, I suppose. And oh yes, Cody won 9-0 overall.

And with that, it's THE END at long last. Done, finito, arrivederci, au revoir. All Big Brother done for 2020, and we go again in 2021 starting with Big Brother Canada 9.

Thank you to everyone who has liked, shared, commented or retweeted my posts over the course of this gloomy year. Hopefully 2021 will be a lot better for all of us all over the board, fingers crossed anyway.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Finale week: Final 3 HoH begins

The long journey is at last drawing to its predictable close as we head into the final week of the season, as the worst final 4 become the worst final 3 ever with Christmas's oh so predictable eviction to jury, and Dopey (Enzo), Princess Tippy Toes (Nicole) and Derrick's lackey (Cody) make it to final 3 and will duke it out in a 3 part HoH.

No more Veto's and in case you don't know how this works, read very carefully I shall write this only once:

All 3 start in part 1, the winner advances to part 3 which will be live on finale night and the other two compete in part 2 to face the winner of part 1 in part 3

The winner of part 3 gets the casting vote on who to take to final 2 on finale night

Get it? Got it? Good.....

Also tonight we will be reunited with some of the real champs of this series, as in those ones who got steamrolled by the pre gamers before jury started.

How we could have done with 3 of these people in there for the finale, eh? At least it may have been competitive rather than the predictable pre ordained script we are probably going to get.

Probably the last time we will see Janelle as far as Big Brother goes, as she has already said she wants to move onto other things now, so who knows....Maybe Survivor in the future?

And we start with a lengthy recap of each of the final 3 we have already seen throughout this season, it really is that bad in terms of lack of current footage

Dopey, followed by Cody and finishing with Princess Tippy Toes....Not much to see here as we've seen everything there is to see over the season. Oh, it should be noted, that Nicole thinks she is one of the best players ever. Seriously? She barely plays until the end of the game and even then she's riding on someone's coat tails. She is going to be so unbearable if she manages to win for a second time.

And now the moment most of us have been waiting for, the pre-jurors are in da house. Well on screen, given the current state of the world. All five are agreed Cody has played the best game, and for the record they are NOT allowed to mention the cheating pre-season. Some of them looking they would have rather been elsewhere, just felt really scripted.

Anyhoo, moving on and it's time......

HoH part 1

And it's endurance first, so basically hang on for dear life while spinning and getting gunged and last house guest standing advances to part 3

Enzo falls off first, and then it's Cody

Fancy that, a comp designed for a small person and Nicole takes the honours for part 1 of this final HoH, and advances to part 3. Cody and Enzo will contest part 2, and it's all proceeding to the pre organised script. Let me guess, Cody will win part 2. I can hardly wait either way.

Nice to see the pre jurors, but one gets the feeling some didn't want to be there. Whoever wins, it's going to leave a sour taste. Just one thing after another, and it will be nice to draw a line under this season in the next episode when the winner is crowned.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 34 - Final 4: Veto decision and Eviction

The last normal week of the season comes to a close with Enzo as the outgoing HoH, Christmas and Nicole nominated, and Cody as the Veto holder and tonight the sole vote lies with him in who to evict.

There will be no suspense though, as Christmas is all but certain to end up in 4th place barring a major swing in events.

Last episode we saw Christmas have a few meltdowns, first for being nominated then for losing the Veto and also after the luxury comp...Less said about that luxury comp mind you, as it did feel like something just chucked in because this final 4 are doing NOTHING on the feeds. Zilch, zero, nada, nothing in terms of game talk as they have it all planned out already, hence why it's so predictable this year.

Oh and in case you missed it, Nicole won said luxury comp and a small reminder of what it's going to be like next week if she goes on to win. If only it would dawn on Enzo that huge mistake in not voting her out when he had the chance....

We seem to be in this loop in this series where we only remember the bad decisions, as there is not much to remember for the right reasons. Well that one time where the outsiders won one Veto through Day, but even then that felt like a damp squib when reality sunk in...

Anyway, onto today's festivities if you can call them that as the season heads towards possibly the worst and most predictable final 3 ever in Dopey (Enzo), Derrick's lackey (Cody) and Princess Tippy Toes (Nicole)

It really is not that suspenseful, despite these edits trying to make people think it is, a special surprise is announced for the final 3 as well, oh I can't wait

As expected, not much to report and the edit going as expected. Christmas is done with this pointless pitch to Cody which only serves to put more nails in her coffin

Dream sequence of Nicole thinking she is going to be crowned winner, less said the better and dream on.....

Jury house

Thankfully some jury footage, unfortunately it's racist Memphis that is next in. Nobody is in a hurry to get up to greet him, awkward with an A.

DVD time as they watch Nicole's reign of terror week, which concludes with Memphis's eviction. Some brief spots of conflict amongst the current jury members but not much to write home about. Could this be the most bitter jury ever, only time will tell

Cody's decision

Surprise, surprise....Cody chooses to evict Christmas and take his pre ordained final 2 deal to the finale in Nicole

So predictable, the final 3 everyone expected, and get that 3rd place ready for Enzo on finale night unless he wins the first part of the final 3 HoH

Final 3 surprise

Messages from home, from people they are going to see in a few days anyway. Anyways there is a recap of the season in a special episode, followed by the first part of the final 3 HoH on Monday, and then we have the finale on Wednesday

Won't be covering the recap episode as most of that has already been covered throughout this season, not much new to talk about. I'll be back for the HoH episode.

And so the end is near for this season. Either Cody, Nicole or Enzo wins the grand prize. Who wins who cares, let's just get this over with next Wednesday and put Big Brother, at least this version, on ice until the spring when we get to see what Canada come up with

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 33 - Final 4: Final Veto of the season

The end drags ever closer, with Enzo sitting pretty as Final 4 HoH, and his final 3 place secure. HoH is pretty much powerless this week though, with the Veto having more power as in the casting vote on who falls at the final hurdle before the finale.

In case you missed it last episode, there was some dissention in the ranks as Enzo went on his own way in the HoH comp, resulting in the pre ordained final 2 of Cody and Nicole getting upset with him. I mean how dare he want to go his own way and try to take a step towards the grand prize without consulting Cody and Nicole. What part of every houseguest for themselves at final 4 do they not understand

Those two have had a major cruise through this season, without barely being troubled. Cody slightly less I would say, because he has never once been on the block, and when Nicole has been on the block she spat her dummy out even more so when Tyler and Christmas voted for her to go. Just the entitlement of these two..... I just can't.

Anyway, there's a Veto to be won this episode, and a Luxury comp also being played, and just think next week the winner will be getting crowned. I just can't wait for this series to be over with, sorry to sound like a broken record but that's just the way myself and many others are feeling.

Christmas is taking her nomination very personally, as she is sobbing away and also giving everyone the cold shoulder. Yep, "How dare you nominate me" on maximum volume with Christmas. Has she forgotten noms don't mean much this week, obviously she has.

Luxury comp

Battle of the Comics, where each houseguest picks four comics each and face off against each other. Last houseguest standing wins a prize

Street Fighter style arcade game madness ensues from this moment, and is getting quite the mixed reaction on social media.

Let's just say less the better about this the better, oh and Nicole won the prize of $10,000 if anyone's interested.....additional, Christmas crying again. Seriously we need emojis on here so the rolleyes can be deployed.

And speaking of pointless filler, here we go for the latest round with this lot. Tonight it's eyebrow waxing....Moving swiftly on

Veto comp

Guess the day, and it's hamster based as in they have to run in their respective wheels to get to the right day, and they have three strikes each. Wrong answers or last to answer earns one strike, three strikes means elimination from the comp

Order of elimination - Enzo, Christmas, Nicole

And there goes Christmas's last chance of staying in as, you guessed it, Cody wins Veto and he's not very likely to use it

They can use all the suspenseful edits they like, but they are not fooling anyone. Cody's not using that Veto in a million years

Veto ceremony

But we will have to wait for the next episode to see if he does use it, as per with the final 4, it's usually not revealed until the eviction episode as it's only the Veto winner who gets the casting vote (likely to be Christmas going)

Who goes....Cody decides

Monday 19 October 2020

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 32 - Final 4: HoH and Nominations

And so we head into the final 4, with Memphis the latest to head to jury

Absolutely no-one was fooled by his whole 'I wasn't expecting it', when he really was. Just a formality this week, unless Christmas wins HoH or Veto she is out in 4th place. Veto would be better as it holds more power in final 4, but it's looking very slim.

When last we left the final 4, Kaysar appeared on the plasma in the living room to introduce the final 4 HoH competition which is called Knight Moves. To say they were not pleased to see him would be a bit of an understatement.

Basically, all houseguests will be on a life size chess board, and move in any direction turning the tile they have just been on. Once a tile has been turned, they cannot go on that tile and so on and so forth.

Elimination occurs when a house guest can't move in any direction. Last houseguest standing is new HoH.

Nicole can't play in this one as outgoing HoH

HoH comp

During this particular game, Enzo manages to get Cody and Nicole (or the pre-ordained final 2 as I refer to them) mad for not going along with their plan. How dare he go his own way and want this HoH.

Now Nicole is complaining about Enzo not being a team player, pot meet kettle young lady. Your loyalty in this game leaves a lot to be desired.

Oh by the way Enzo won the final 4 HoH, but it's powerless this week as already explained

Just a shame 3 of them seem to think it's still a team sport at this stage, when it should be every houseguest for themselves.  What part of this do Cody and Nicole not understand, the sense of entitlement just reeks from the pre ordained final 2

Pointless who wants to see my HoH room segment, surprised they didn't put Dopey in his HoH room given how he is all talk and no big moves.

How dare Enzo not lay down and do what Cody says.....

Nicole sneezing and Christmas dancing...They really are spoiling us for footage aren't they

Nomination ceremony

Enzo nominates Christmas and Nicole, for what it's worth, as the more powerful Veto looms in the next episode. Yet again Cody escapes from being nominated, the least Enzo could have done was put Cody under some pressure this season, seeing how easy he and Nicole have had things.

But it doesn't make much difference as this week is basically Christmas's farewell week unless she wins Veto

Find out in episode 33 whether she gets the final Veto of the season, but I would say her chances are slim at best.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 31 - Final 5: Eviction

Off we go again, chums, as Nicole's HoH reign comes to a close and the worst final 5 become the worst final 4, as Memphis or Christmas will be heading to jury shortly

Sadly, Princess Tippy Toes aka Nicole has all the power as in HoH AND Veto. I know, lucky us eh?

So whoever survives tonight has to win HoH, anyone but Cody you could say. But as seen in previous weeks it's all sheep together in there.

My predictions whoever wins HoH, and this is soley on who survives this episode

Cody - Christmas and Enzo
Memphis - Enzo and Nicole
Enzo - Christmas and Nicole
Christmas - Cody and Nicole

Nicole can't play this week as outgoing HoH, but she can play Veto

Wonder what oh so wonderful filler we will get tonight given nobody is likely to campaign to stay in there until we hear their final pleas

Well there is the jury house and Tyler arriving, and a new experience for him. He shows them how he came to end up in the jury house.

Day challenged him about the BLM nonsense and him threatening to self evict, and Tyler gets tearful about this saying he was serious, and that Christmas talked him out of it. In reality Aunty Alison talked him out of it, saying he wasn't allowed to go.

Mostly jury tonight, seeing the remaining players haven't talked game much. Next we see the jury get videos from home.

Dani sees her husband and daughter, and Day gets to see her kids amongst other things.

Thankfully not much filler from the main house, which can only be a good thing.

Eviction vote

Memphis was evicted 2-0, and then there were 4. To be fair it was always going to be Memphis.

Christmas guaranteed to go up I would assume, so she really needs to win this next one, but remember it's not the HoH that's crucial in the final 4. It's the Veto, as that holder has the sole vote to send 4th place to jury.

So anyway, the comp is called Knight Moves and we get to see Kaysar again, but were the final 4 so happy to see him, like hell they were.

Brief description of the comp, all houseguests will be on a life size chess board, and move in any direction turning the tile they have just been on. Once a tile has been turned, they cannot go on that tile and so on and so forth. Elimination occurs when a house guest can't move in any direction. Last houseguest standing is new HoH.

But that will have to wait for episode 32, but on the plus side we got to see Kaysar so not all bad I guess.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 30 - Final 5: Power of Veto

Two more weeks of this, as we take another step towards the end with another Veto competition which is of particular importance to Memphis and Christmas, seeing as they are on the block.

Princess Tippy Toes aka Nicole won HoH, much to viewer and Christmas disappointment. Obviously we didn't shed too many tears, as most have zoned out from this season given how it's all gone up to this point, but Christmas...Just wow, she really let loose with her tears, some may crocodile tears given how OTT she was going.

Anyways, as above her and Memphis have been put on the block pre-Veto. Not much point putting game talk up as there practically wasn't any. We are all aware how much Nicole feels about other women and besides she is in full 'how dare Tyler and Christmas even think about trying to get me out' mode. Tyler's now gone and Christmas, well, it was coming wasn't it.

Nicole and Cody a step closer to that final two, the houseguests were fully aware what that wall yeller said about Nicole and Cody playing everyone, and they've only got themselves to blame.

As per with these ones left, nothing much of interest as usual after the noms ceremony. Oh, Christmas is talking to a rubber duck, seriously. That's how short of game talk they are with the motley crew. And it just gets better now with talk about teapots.....

Let's throw in a flashback from series 19 as well where Josh evicts Christmas and takes Paul to final 2, one of the worst series ever but this one is pushing that one pretty close.

To say it is all too easy for Cody and Nicole right now would be a huge understatement

Veto comp

The return of a fan favourite as in the comic books, but wish they could have done this earlier in the season when the season was more livelier rather than now when it's just completely flat

The name of the game is to collect the comics that are identical to the ones they view as they zipline past the window, there are a few red herrings with not so viewable differences. Fastest houseguest wins the Veto

Little note that Cody actually trashed Keesha and Kaysar in a Diary Room segment during this comp. To that I say, screw you Cody. At least they didn't resort to cheating before coming into this season

*sigh* And it's Princess Tippy Toes with all the power as she takes another comp win and wins Veto. Let me guess, she's not going to use it.

Veto ceremony

And would you look at that, Nicole does not use the Veto and it will be Christmas the convicted criminal or the racist Memphis who will be going to jury.

Tune into Episode 31 to find out who is next to jury, and who possibly will be the final 4 HoH

Who goes to jury or wins overall.....Who the hell cares

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 29 - Final 5: HoH conclusion and Nominations

So it's bye bye to Tyler, who makes his debut in jury. Christmas still hanging on in there, as the worst final 6 become the worst final 5 for this season

Just all too easy for Cody and Nicole right now, despite the wall yeller tipping everyone off a few weeks that those two were playing everyone, and there they are heading into final 5. Imperative to split these two up, but given the sheep mentality of the biggest alliance, and the fact said alliance have been too chicken shit to make big moves all season, who is going to have the balls to do it if/when the time comes.

Although it does feel somewhat irrelevant, who wins? Who the hell cares. Let's just get this season done and brushed under the carpet.

HoH comp

In case you missed the end of the last show, this competition involves stacking pumpkins in a basket at the end of each houseguests balance beam. If a pumpkin falls out of the basket, or the houseguest falls off their beam then they have to start over again with their stacking. The first houseguest to stack all pumpkins and then push the button will be the new HoH. Cody is ineligible to play as outgoing HoH.

And would you believe it, Nicole finally gets her first HoH win, lucky us eh? When she should have been out of the door in the triple if not for Enzo, now she's HoH, and you know the old saying about hell hath no fury. Just a question of who's going to go up with Christmas, I would guess.

Of all the people to win HoH, and at this stage in the game as well

Christmas is absolutely wailing out the tears, we know she feels when it comes to this season, but she is just so hysterical it would be a bit mean to laugh out loud. Be Kind protocol and all that.

And yes it will come as no shock, Nicole settles on Memphis and Christmas for the block.

Just why oh why didn't this imbeciles just listen to that wall yeller CODY AND NICOLE ARE PLAYING EVERYONE.

A rare who wants to see my HoH room segment, rare as in we hardly see them these days in the USA version, and even when she gets a letter from her other half, Nicole still finds something to complain about. Ungrateful little....

Why Enzo why, you could have made a big move in getting rid of her, and you blew it you coward.

Seriously, peeps, the footage tonight is dreadful hence the short bursts tonight. They are THAT short of game talk with this lot.

Nomination ceremony

No great shock, it's Christmas nominated along with Memphis. The convicted criminal or the racist, whoever goes if they are still on the block for the eviction episode, will anyone shed any tears or be disappointed. I certainly won't

Next up in episode 30, we have the final 5 Power of Veto where everyone plays. Two weeks of this season left, and a series that is going to be talked about for all the wrong reasons no matter who wins. Something which us in the UK are used to, especially when it came to the Five era of Big Brother.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 28 - Final 6: Eviction and Final 5: HoH begins

Cody's looooooong week as HoH finally comes to an end and it will be Tyler or Christmas off to jury. Tyler looking like hot favourite to go to jury, but Christmas would be a neat consolation prize

Obviously some still watching are hoping this coming week that Cody or Nicole will find their way to jury, hopefully they will get it right this time if that is the case of those two being in those seats this time next week

Anyway back to the present, and Julie welcomes us in and she gets ready to greet Tyler or Christmas from a distance once one of them leaves

In case you missed it, the post is out there in the archive if you did, Cody won Veto.....I know, yawn. Good thing he can't play in the next HoH comp but there is still Nicole and Memphis and if one of them win you can be sure it will be whoever survives tonight and Enzo saying hello to the two seats this coming week.

Just please no more recaps of last week's triple disaster, there's only so much one can take. But then again, god knows what filler we are likely to get as there hasn't been much game talk on the feeds.

Argh, and it's ANOTHER recap of last week's disaster, thankfully a little shorter this time. Jury house finally making an appearance, so at least we'll see the non alliance members who, in my opinion, got screwed out of playing this game properly. Oh and Dani as well before Tyler or Christmas arrive.

Nicole or Christmas seem to be targets next week, but we know Cody won't allow Nicole to go on the block as their final 2 seems to be locked in as per what the wall yeller said a  few weeks ago about Cody and Nicole playing everyone.

Jury house

So far it's Ian, Day, Kevin, David and Dani

Ian finds out about Nicole's rogue vote from Day, and looks really gutted even though he says he isn't. Will be interesting to see where his vote goes in jury. On a side note, Day did apologise to David in the house about being mad at him, yes in the house as a wall yeller revealed the truth about Nicole's deceit. Wall yellers are not something that are talked about in these episodes, so may be a bit confusing to the casuals who only follow the episodes. But also, listening to a few podcasts David did admit in some interviews he didn't do any homework as in not watching previous seasons before going in.

Back to the jury house, and enter Dani. She immediately says she played a much better game than Nicole. Then why is she in jury house then and not Nicole.... Seriously, Dani, so so bitter just because you went out. Accept it, and stop saying you are not bitter when you really are.

Eviction vote

Why do they keep trying to persuade us this is the best final 6, when it's clearly one of the worst

As expected, it's adios to Tyler and then there were 5, thankfully though none of this 5 left are in the running for America's Favourite Player, suppose that's something. Looks like that honour is going to go to Janelle or Day.

Another week at least, of smug Christmas, but unfortunately the danger of Nicole winning goes up a notch

HoH comp

Cody is ineligible to play as outgoing HoH

Balance competition which won't be finished in this episode, so it's onto episode 29. The objective is to get all their pumpkins into their respective baskets at the end of their beam and balance on the beam while loading up. If they fall off their beam or any pumpkins fall out of their basket they have to start over again

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 27 - Final 6: Power of Veto

It's close to another episode, and the alliance drags on to the end of this week with Cody in power as in HoH

Well alliance may not be the right word now, as Nicole has decided 'how dare they even think of evicting me', as people are aware she so wants to be a two time winner, and unfortunately they may gift this to her on a silver plate. So it looks like it's Tyler, Christmas and Enzo against Cody, Nicole and Memphis.

Battle of the ages, said nobody ever

Soooooo, for anyone still interested Cody nominated Tyler and Christmas. No real surprise there now it's 3 on 3 heading into the final straight

Off we go unto the breach again

Another recap of the disaster known as the triple eviction, then we get Enzo ratting to Nicole about Tyler and Christmas's plan to get her out. Oh yeah, and Christmas is crying to Cody despite saying she hasn't taken her nomination personally which Cody can see right through. It really is nailed on for him to win the whole thing, well him or Princess Tippy Toes. Her winning would be the ending this season deserves.

Pointless filler alert, as Memphis talks about his dead dad and also his son. Tyler chimes in as well about his dad, and also Angela. They really are scrambling for footage to show of this lot.

Christmas is saying she is suspicious about Cody and Nicole, didn't she listen to the wall yeller who gave them that info for free a few weeks ago.

Veto competition

Everyone plays from now with so few left in the house

Baseball theme today. Houseguests, one at a time, have to put pictures of evicted houseguests at a baseball game in timeline order. Time limit of 25 minutes. Fastest houseguest win Veto

And would you believe it, Cody wins all the power again and it does seem the target has now switched to Tyler instead of Christmas.

Speaking of Christmas, she self proclaims herself as a comp beast, which is a joke in itself as she barely had to do anything to win HoH a few weeks back. Even then she was like a kid on Christmas morning, saying to anyone who would listen to what she had gotten as presents.

Veto ceremony

To the surprise of absolutely nobody, Cody does not use the Veto

None of this 6 have been to jury so it will be a new experience for them, just thought I would throw that in

Tyler or Christmas, who is next to meet Julie and then go to jury....Who goes, THEY decide but who actually gives a damn right now as this ship has sailed and indeed sunk.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 26 - HoH and Nominations

Seriously, what is the point with this final six who have basically steamrolled everyone else not in their alliance out of the house

Although they did have to give up one of their own, but that is little consolation for the rest of us and renders these last three week absolutely pointless as they can just cruise now. No PoC's left either, just a load of nasties formed before the season started.

No headaches for them in terms of gameplay, too comfortable from day one as most of them had already been teamed up by two people too chicken shit to play themselves, won't name names as their names have tainted this season whoever wins

In case you missed it, and a good thing that you did as it was thoroughly predictable from start to finish, Kevin, David and Dani were all shown the door in a triple disaster. Where do we start with this debacle, Kevin was all but out anyway, but of course then we were treated to another Memphis HoH and yet again he put David up, and this time David went. Although it should be noted, that Enzo absolutely bottled it as he had the vote which could have got out a big threat in Nicole, but noooooooo he ruined things by following orders and getting rid of David. Big mistake which will cost him, and these morons will regret it at the end if Nicole goes on to win this season.

Finally they had to lose one of their own, and they settled on Dani. No great loss really as she was NEVER going to win.

If you also count the tech error as in them seeing the TRIPLE EVICTION on the wall behind Julie, a complete disaster of an episode, and I'm sure Julie would have had a few words to say backstage.

So a good night if you are a Committee supporter, but not if you are a neutral. One of them has to win unfortunately, so it's pretty much game over in terms of it being competitive.

Game talk is going to be in very short supply, so will be interesting to see what the filler is going to be before we get to finale night.

Was very reluctant not to write any more summaries until finale night, but the show must go on even though I am personally not very enthusiastic to see this lot pat each other on the back and be very smug all the way to the end

A coward (Enzo), Princess Tippy Toes (Nicole), Aunty Alison's favourite (Tyler), Derrick's lackey (Cody), a convicted criminal (Christmas) or a racist (Memphis)....One of these is going to win, lucky us eh? Worst final 6 ever? Probably....

And of course we start with the VERY long triple eviction disaster recap, oh please can we just skip over this and get the HoH comp underway

Seriously, those who are not watching you are not missing ANYTHING

HoH comp

Tyler ineligible to play as outgoing HoH

Namaste off the Block is the name of the game, and it's keep buttons pressed while coming out of various Yoga attires. One button, 10x faster, two buttons 30x faster and 60x faster for three

Cody wins HoH, just give him or Nicole the cheque now so we can end this shitshow season

Note, apparently the Committee is no more as Nicole is so mad at Tyler and Christmas for trying to get her out, that it's now Nicole, Cody and Enzo against Christmas, Tyler and Memphis. A battle for the ages I must say....

Nomination ceremony

For those that still care, Cody nominated Christmas and Tyler

To be continued with Episode 27, when everyone plays in the Veto as they are down to 6

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 25 - Triple Eviction

Roll up, roll up. The triple eviction is upon us, and the big alliance finally has to say bye bye to some of its numbers once they dispose of Kevin, even though it does seem academic now that one of them is probably going to win this whole thing to the surprise of absolutely nobody.

Cody has all the power for a few more hours, but whoever survives out of Kevin or David will have to have a few comps of their lives tonight. Not getting my hopes up though, and it will be yet another few wins for the alliance. Changed my predictions slightly for tonight as well, as in Kevin out for sure and now I think Christmas and Dani will be out as well.

Still not caring about this alliance imploding, they should have been taken out weeks ago but they have steam rolled this house to shit, and....well you know the rest if you have been watching the show or reading these posts

Anyway, to tonight's proceedings and remember it is a 2 hour show with so much to fit in as there will be comps galore, and 3 evictions obviously. I do wonder about all the bits in between as there hasn't been much game talk in there, but there is a rumour production have, through Dr. Will, tipped them off about the triple tonight so will be interesting to see their reaction.

4 comps announced for tonight as the voiceover says

Cue the usual edit to make it look like this first eviction is going to be close when it's really not, and dam it, it is true. They HAVE been tipped off about tonight, and David of all people indirectly works it out shortly afterwards. Thanks a lot, production, some of us were actually looking forward to seeing their shocked little faces.

Eviction #1

As expected, Kevin is the first evictee tonight, and becomes the 3rd jury member for this season

HoH comp

No powers anymore, so Cody as outgoing HoH is ineligible to play in this first comp of the evening

Looks like a Q and A comp about Dr. Will, straight elimination if it's a wrong answer. Last houseguest standing is temporary HoH #1 of the evening

*SIGH* Notch another one up for the alliance as Memphis is the first HoH of this evening, oh I do wonder who he is going to nominate

Noms ceremony

Memphis nominates David and Nicole.....So predictable from Memphis. 'nuff said.

Veto comp

Joining Memphis, Nicole and David in this comp will be Tyler, Dani and Christmas

This next competition they have to go across their respective balance beams and rearrange a puzzle from Fire to Ice. First houseguest to complete the task and push the bell will win Veto

Another predictable alliance win as Christmas wins the comp and Veto. She decides not to use it. Big surprise...not. Such chicken shit in this alliance.

Eviction #2

And the honour of evictee #2 for tonight is of course David, and with that that is all the non alliance members gone. Enzo with the decisive vote to get rid of Nicole, and he screwed it right up.

HoH comp 2 of the night

An absolute clanger is dropped as production fail to take Julie off the screen, and as the houseguests flood back to the living room they see the words TRIPLE EVICTION scrolling behind Julie. You really couldn't write this....Oh wait in this season you can. I suspect Julie will be having a few words to some people backstage once this episode is wrapped up.

Memphis ineligible to play in this one

More questions and it's the traditional What Happened When, as in answering questions about past events this season. Last houseguest standing wins.

Little point in saying another alliance win now, and it's TYLER who takes the penultimate win of the evening

Noms ceremony

Tyler nominates Dani and Nicole

Veto comp

Joining Tyler, Dani and Nicole will Christmas, Cody and Enzo

Same competition as the first Veto comp, so no explanation necessary

And it's Tyler taking the final win of the evening, hmmmm wonder if he will use the Veto. In a evening of complete surprises, he does not. Dani or Nicole, who goes...THEY decide and most viewers don't care now

Eviction

As most expected, Dani is the 3rd and final evictee of this evening. Sorry, just no energy left but most have to soldier on to the end of this season.

So it's on to episode 26, and most if not everyone out here just don't care what happens now. You know whoever wins should cut that winners cheque into 3 pieces, one for themself, one part for Derrick and the remaining part for Dan

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 24 - OTEV Competition

 If we really have to......

Yet again the big alliance has control of this house with Cody winning HoH, and of course taking the easy route as per with this alliance, and nominated Kevin and David

Rumour has it that on the feeds, they were tipped off about the triple so unfortunately there goes the last bit of excitement. Seriously I could not give a, speaking bluntly, rat's ass when this alliance has to turn on each other as they have had the run of the house since launch night, due to two certain people who were too chicken shit to come on the show and play themselves, organising a very dirty plan behind closed doors and ruining the enjoyment for everyone, non alliance members and viewers alike.

What have we had in this season.....Teasing, racism, it's been bad tempered from day 1 both inside and outside the house, wall yellers shouting outside info over the wall. The list is endless. Are they really fed up with this season as well with this incoming triple, or is it just to hasten the big alliance implosion. They are just too comfortable in there, and this ship has unfortunately sunk.

Hate to say it, but just the thought of those nasties in jury with Ian, Day and probably soon to be evicted Kevin and David just turns my stomach, but the show must go on no matter how long is left. Cody will probably win whoever he's against, and Derrick will indirectly get another win through his lackey.

So that's the state of play in my words, not a very pleasant prospect I know but unfortunately the alliance have got this wrapped up, with one or at a push two going in the triple. Think more one myself, as they will NOT lose an HoH as they are on a hot streak with those. My guess it will be Kevin, Christmas and David.

Back to the present now, and we head into an OTEV competition in this episode....Really no need for game talk, as Kevin is probably screwed as the most probable outcome is the alliance winning this competition and not using Veto

So it will be interesting to see what the time will be filled up with, even more so for tomorrow's 2 hour episode to fill in the gaps between all the comps.

Dani wants Christmas gone, wants to play in the OTEV and win more prizes. To be honest, I reckon Nicole should go as she has been floating through this, and hasn't won anything which could be considered very weak. Christmas is afraid she will be the replacement nom should Kevin or David come off the block, little chance of that I would say.

Oh please, can we just fast forward to the veto picks and comp....Game talk is pointless as usual

Otev picks

Joining Kevin, David and Cody in this comp will be Enzo, Nicole and Tyler

Otev competition

And still no sign of Dr. Will, all this promotion and even he couldn't be bothered to stick around after his entrance two episodes ago.

Psychedelic Salamander hosting OTEV this year, and quite simply it's find the tie dye shirts with former houseguests names on them via riddles spoken by OTEV or find the money. Up to the housemates. Straight elimination, and last houseguest standing wins

Yawn, notch another win up for the alliance as Cody wins OTEV. Oh I do wonder if he will use it, the suspense is killing me

David won $10,000, but of course this doesn't sit well with the alliance. Oh the shock, nothing said when Tyler won money. But of course the alliance kicks off, bear in mind nothing said when their own members won money. This alliance, I just have no words. I mean how dare David win some money. Reaction much like when Day won Veto that time, and most of them kicked off then.

Otev ceremony

What a surprise, Cody doesn't use the OTEV and will be another non alliance member heading to jury.

Nothing more to to be said really, as Kevin is now officially all but screwed and it's just a matter of seeing which alliance member will be the sacrifice in the triple. Let me guess, it will be Christmas as she is so far down the pecking order, she just doesn't know it.

To be continued in Episode 25, which three go. Quite frankly at this point, who the hell cares, it's THAT bad.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 23 - HoH and Nominations

The doctor is in the house, as Dr. Will is this week's special guest for Neighbour Week or whatever it's called.

When we last checked in with the houseguests, Day was evicted and Dr. Will gave us a hint in what is to come in this coming week's competitions, along with Julie announcing an OTEV competition and then a triple eviction.

I do wonder if it was always the plan to bring the good doctor in, or is it just something to salvage this sinking season as it certainly hasn't given us anything to smile about with the big alliance, with the exception of one Veto which Day won, cleaning up every comp so far and what is most commonly know in these parts as a steamroll.

What else can be said really, it's now down to Kevin and David but their chances are really slim to none as the alliance is just cruising at the moment, and those two are just insects will be squashed presently.

We kick off tonight's festivities, well festivities if you are part of the alliance anyway, with Day going out the door, and I assume we will presently find out if Dani has used her power to get Memphis into the next HoH comp as he is the outgoing HoH. Two reigns which can only be summed up with the word 'meh'.

Much happiness about Dr. Will's arrival, but he could eat this lot for breakfast and still have enough energy to take on seconds, before we are treated to Dani and Nicole trying to outlie each other.

Nicole is so stupid, and just basically throws away Day's vote by openly admitting not once but twice about trying to set David up with some rogue votes.

HoH comp

It is confirmed now, Dani HAS used her power on Memphis so he will participate in this week's HoH Comp, and with that announcement all powers have now expired, with 2 out of the 3 being used as Christmas didn't use her Veto power.

Prizes have been mentioned for this comp, could be objects, could be money....The list is endless, if there are some punishments for the big alliance all the better.

No sign of Dr. Will presiding over things

Going for the Green is the name of this comp, wonder what side of the house will win this....

Houseguests get 3 balls each, and one at a time they will be putting them. It is their choice what they choose to go for as in points or prizes with their 3 putts. Lowest score in each section wins HoH and prizes. They can choose to stop if they feel their score is satisfactory.

And to no surprise it's another HoH win for the big alliance, this time with Cody taking the honour, make that a double win with Tyler and Dani winning $5,000 as well. What's that, 8-0 to the alliance in terms of HoH's now? No prizes for guessing who will be going on the block then

Dani wants to keep her prize money a secret, although she didn't do a good job of keeping her power a secret

And to round things out, Kevin gets accused of making things 'personal' when he has a talk with Cody. How very dare he do that eh, considering how the alliance have been nothing but personal when it comes to all their nominations

Nomination ceremony

Oh what a surprise, it's Kevin and David on the block. Expected nothing less from this clique of nasties who are too chicken shit to shake things up a bit. Seriously, is it just me who couldn't care less when these nasties implode. But, little do they know about the previously mentioned triple eviction where they WILL have to give up some members, probably only one though or two at a push.

And so we move onto OTEV for Episode 24, and it does seem like we are heading towards another predictable eviction, and then two more go straight after. Small consolation that the big alliance will lose a member or two, but that's all it is in mere consolation.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 22 - Eviction and Special Guest moves in

And so we finally come to the end of this dead rubber week with the big alliance yet again in control, and another non alliance member about to become the 2nd member of this season's jury

As we left it in the last episode, Day and Kevin were left on the block after Tyler did not use the Veto, and kudos to Zingbot. At least they tried to lighten the gloom of this current season, and boy do we need some laughs with the year we are having.

Did Zingbot raise some smiles, I'll leave that up to you

Day's hot favourite to be juror number 2, but stranger things have happened

Rumours doing the rounds as far as the feeds go, Dani is possibly going to use her power to enable Memphis to be in the next HoH comp, in exchange for not being on the block next time. Take that how you will, we'll just have to wait and see what will happen, and also this week's HoH could be the customary slip and slide, but that's just houseguest speculation.

Is there any need for much game talk much like the rest of this week, the alliances minds are already made up as they continue to steam roll through this season.

Anyway, onto tonight, which some may call an anti climax.....

Hopefully not another Memphis reign this coming week if indeed Dani does use her power on Memphis, the outgoing HoH, and he can compete again this week.

So what is there to talk about in this episode as game play seems pretty much pointless, oh yes the special guest moving in next door that Julie mentioned last week. Let's hope he or she has been worth the wait, and whether it will do any good for Kevin and David. Probably not, but let's see.

Voiceover says MEGA twist, yeah right. One that's going to shake up the house? Too little too late for that seeing the house is getting steamrolled already.

Christmas is in another how dare they mode, as this time she thinks it's a federal crime that Dani, Nicole and Day are plotting. Oh sorry did I say crime, mustn't use that word around Christmas must we

Pointless game talk alert, as we all know Day is going. Oh and Nicole is crying yet again.

Memphis and Enzo making some of the first moves about splinter alliances to prepare for the big alliance disintegrating. They call this the Wise Guys, and then shortly afterwards Memphis starts pitching to Cody as well, and then moves onto Christmas.

Dani admits to Christmas she wants Kevin out, as she doesn't think Day will come after her. And now we get a Christmas is a good player edit, like hell she is. She and Memphis want to tell David about last week's vote, and also so she can get close to David to ensure final 8. Let's just say she somewhat succeeded.

Look I just want to find out like everyone else who this special guest is, although I have a feeling I may regret it.

Eviction

As expected, it's Day who becomes the 2nd jury member with a vote of 5-2. Everything going according to plan for the alliance, isn't everything this season for them.

Two rogue votes from Dani and Nicole, probably to curry favour should they make it to final 2

Enter the special guest

And it's series 2 winner, Dr. Will Kirby. Can't get any bigger than that, and the name of the incoming week is called, wait for it, neighbour week.

Julie announces that it will be a triple eviction next week, so at last the big alliance will be trimmed down. A few weeks too late, but finally some of their members will go.

Big Brother USA All Stars 2020 - Episode 21 - Power of Veto

What to do to lift the mood in this series?
The big alliance have complete control, and it looks all but certain they are cruising through final 6 all the way to finale, with the usual 'turning on each other' once Day, Kevin and David have gone

I mean, could Memphis be anymore blatant he wants David out of there despite pitching the idea of not putting him on the block should David win Veto and not use it. So many nasty smells in this house, and I'm not talking about the non alliance, rather the people IN the alliance itself.

1 - Memphis being openly racist and he gets rewarded with an HoH
2 - Christmas just being Christmas, and openly ignorant about PoC
3 - Dani, Nicole F and Memphis mocked Ian about his autism

The list is endless, oh and by the way and I said this to someone on Twitter after the last episode "That girl (Christmas) is nuts, and a proven danger. Whoever green lighted her going back in needs their own head tested"

And a special mention to Derrick and Dan who have ruined this season with their cheating in putting some of them in pre game alliances and making some very unfair advantages for some.

We've seen what the pre gamers are like when they don't get their way, like when Day won last week's Veto and made them scramble, but unfortunately it was lose lose as Day was going to go on the block this week whether she would have used the Veto or not. But you know, it was a nice glimmer of light while it lasted. As said last week, when it came to a big move we had to wait for a non alliance member to do it as the big alliance are too chicken shit to go against each other.

So anyway, Memphis won HoH (boooooooo) and to the shock of absolutely nobody, that is the viewers still watching this shitshow steamroll he put up Day and Kevin, with the convenient replacement in waiting in David should the Veto be used. Basically David has been ordered by Memphis not to use the Veto if he plays in today's comp and wins it. But what he doesn't know that he is the target anyway.

Not much game talk needed though whoever wins the Veto, it's THAT predictable. One of the alliance wins it, and they are not using it. Non alliance member wins and uses it, and it's simply David take a seat, you are the replacement.

Do we really expect Christmas of all people to use her power on one of the non alliance members, oh hell no. She's so far down the pecking order right now, bet her own alliance can't wait for her departure.

In fact I would wager Christmas will lobby so hard for Day to go, as Day dared to make Christmas a Have Not, something which did not go down well with Christmas and indeed, excuse the pun, her partner in crime, Cody who also was nominated to be a Have Not. Would have been three but as Ian was evicted only two this week.

But enough of all that, as we pick up the action after the nominations ceremony and I don't think we need to go into too much detail about why Memphis nominated Day and Kevin, as it seems pretty clear.

Veto picks and competition

Joining Memphis, Day and Kevin in the competition will be Tyler, Nicole and Dani

Plotting aplenty as Memphis basically orders Tyler, Dani and Nicole to throw the comp, and then admits he wants to backdoor David. Just admit you don't like David, spoiler controversial thought incoming, because of the colour of his skin. You have been spewing your poison for too long, Memphis, just a pity you are not out on your ear right now.

Whenever that guy gets HoH, he gets this sort of power trip and thinks he is some sort of dictator. It's already rubbing the alliance the wrong way, but sad thing is he will be there till I will predict Top 4 or 5.

Enter Zingbot

Zingbot's words not mine, by the way:

Enzo - What's more pathetic than a man in his 40s still calling himself the Meow Meow - Nothing

Memphis: Most people think of you as Dan's number one, but to me you're more of a giant #2

Cody: You are a perfect 10 but enough about your IQ

Dani: From your first season, you looked like an old pro, now you just look old

Christmas: What's the difference between you and the holiday season one is cold, stress inducing and annoying and one is the holiday season

Kevin: I came up with a nickname for you and it has a great ring to it - Boring

Tyler: What do you call someone who says the real winner gets the girl not the $500k - A liar

Day: You've done three season of BB and two seasons of the challenge, I'm dying to know which reality show do you plan to lose next

Nicole: I wrote a song for you. Here comes the bride, she loves to whine and cry, every time I hear her voice i want to *bleep* die

Veto competition

It's a maze for this week's comp, and Zingbot has lost their three alien tigers and they have to be found within the maze and returned to their respective cages. Fastest houseguest wins the Veto

And chalk another one up for the big alliance, Tyler wins Veto finishing with a time of 2:55

Veto ceremony

Christmas has not used her power and Tyler has decided NOT to use the Veto, surprise surprise, so it will be Day or Kevin who will be the 2nd member of jury in episode 22

Who goes, they decide or as most of the remaining viewers will probably say who the hell cares
