Fey is the latest housemate to be evicted

Week 4 ramblings (BBUK)

Greetings fellow Big Brother citizens, another week done and what a week depending on your point of view

Time travelling a bit, and the crowd had to stay really quiet so nothing was blown. Would have loved someone to go rogue and shout 'Get Emily/Farida out' just to have seen what may have happened

Time to welcome back Farida and Emily, whether some like it or not. A whole 36 hours in that secret house, hardly seemed worth it really. Then again they got as much feed as us out here did, as in very little.

Small difference though, at least they didn't have endure the birdsong and stock footage that we have had to every night.

Of course it wouldn't be BB in this era, without some shit stirring and they didn't disappoint, with a ChatBBT, which basically entailed the 3 secret people to make judgments on the main housemates disguised as AI, and it was one of those line up from most to least tasks. Remember those days when they could have fun with these tasks and laugh at themselves, rather than be miserable and divided.

Anyway, the secret 3 returned to the main house eventually, with Farida and Emily immune from week 4 nominations unlike Sam, and couldn't shut up about the outside world, no punishment either, nothing, zilch, zero, nada.... It took the housemates to tell them to shut up, as BB must have fallen asleep at the wheel. One of the fundamental rules of this show is NO outside contact, yet like Five are happy to let it go. So later that night, it's party time for them with a Welcome Back party.

Farida of course her usual delusional fame hungry self, so no change there. Emily just went off the boil and is just there now, don't know what's happening with her and Tate whether she's still pursuing him, or is that done. Answers on a postcard please.

By this point, it is the Farida show as she just won't stop butting in where she's not wanted, and getting up a lot of people's noses as she wanders about questioning the showmance, causing Marcus to lose his cool. The showmance is looking precarious at the moment, but no doubt they will be back yet again.

Lo and behold 24 hours later, they have cleared the air yet again. Have to question how many more hits this dratted showmance will take, hopefully one of them will go soon and we can see how one will cope without the other. Next up, those two dreaded words, namely house meeting, are called, where Farida is all but trying to take over. She really hasn't learnt her lesson from her first stint, as this is exactly what caused her first week exit. She has to go as soon as possible, sooner rather than later. There's only so much they will take of her, just a shame she is immune for Week 4

On to nominations then, and it was Fey, Tate, Teja and Nancy on the chopping block. Thankfully all reasons were accepted this time. Reminder, 56 going on 21 (Caroline), Farida and Emily were all immune, but are all viable targets from Week 5.

Brace yourselves, rule break alert yet again. This time the guilty party was Elsa, and in a highly original punishment, the jail came clinking and clunking out again and in went Elsa. Thankfully no serenading from her. A shame really these punishments are so puerile and the housemates don't take them seriously anymore. They know they can break the rules and get some airtime whatever the punishment is. Come on BB, you are seriously slacking. You're the boss and they are walking all over you every time.

Jenny and Nancy then decided to pull a prank, thought these two weren't seeing eye to eye, and they executed it over dinner. Kind of a mixed reaction, as Elsa thought it was real and got overwhelmed while others laughed it off. Felt like pointless filler to me, but hey ho on we go....

Shopping task time, and may I say what a bunch of spineless wimps. I mean they spend hours on end sitting around doing nothing, and when it came to toughing it out on that plane set.... Just seriously, most of the tasks these days are spent doing bugger all for some anyway, and they couldn't even manage a few hours. Tell you something though, 56 going on 21 is really skating on thin ice with her antics trying to 'fit in'. Hopefully up and out in Week 5 now she doesn't have that immunity to hide behind.

Oh look another shit stirring task looms as more eyes are dished out to who wants them, depending who is unanimously voted for by the housemates. After much mucking about, it came down to Zelah and Jenny. Jenny is eventually picked, and she then has to give eyes to 3 housemates. Surprisingly, she doesn't pick Cameron, who is a bit put out by the situation.

Perhaps to no shock when it came to chucking out time, Fey was shown the door and it was refreshing to see how much she embraced the experience when she was interviewed. Either you loved her or you hated her, YOU decided

So on to Week 5 we go, and it was announced there will be a Save and Replace token available to the highest bidder in the mini mart, think of it like the Power of Veto in the North American version. God help us if Caroline or Ferida get that, they will be intolerable. Will be interesting to see what order BB will send them into the mini mart.

Anyway, think that's about everything covered for Week 4, and Happy Halloween to everyone who celebrates....

RT or like or both, and indeed enjoy, complain or both. YOU decide

'Nuff said and keep on rocking

Week 3 ramblings

When last time we left our current housemates, Cameron B's ongoing audition for Baywatch and Love Island ended when he was shown the door.

To be frank, it was basically lose lose whoever went last time:

  • Richard - Biggest loss, 'nuff said
  • Elsa - If she had gone then, Cameron B and Nancy's brief dalliance would have taken centre stage and shoved down our throats

As it stands, the original showmance continues for now, lucky us eh?....

Anyway onto more recent matters with the weekly round up...

We pick up with the usual Saturday stirring task, where it was Caroline, or 56 going on 21 as I like to call her, bankrupting Richard and feeling very smug about it. She never leaves that guy alone, she's such a try hard with her silly outfits and hats like she's off to a hen party in a nightclub. What I really want to see is BB challenge her to hand over some of those hats and she can get them back in some sort of secret challenge, and if she fails the challenge the hats get burnt, remember Chicken Stu from BB5 and when BB burnt his hat to a crisp because of the silent protest? Something like that, but the hats will be facsimilies of course.

Now, of course the housemates won varying amounts of eyes, but during this task Nancy and Sam were called out by BB for talking in code and were made to stand up and explain themselves, when they explained let's just say it didn't go down well with Jenny, and boy did she go on and on like Ariston, even the live feed wasn't safe. But it's ok for her and whoever she has in her little gang to talk about everyone behind their backs, well yeah she's the show favourite right now and gets a free pass.... But all that can change at anytime, just wait.....

As a punishment, Nancy and Sam had their eyes taken away and along with Richard were now bankrupt

On to the weekly mini mart nonsense, and there's an immunity card for the highest bidder, and the usual face to face nominations card, and plenty of other goodies. Why do they bother with the shopping task then, if they are handing out these treats every week anyway. Just call it simply a task and have done with it? While we're at it, what's coming in the next few weeks, pass to the final perhaps? Wouldn't put it past them for that to appear with one or two weeks to go....

Anyway it was:

Caroline - Immunity for 2 weeks
Marcus - Meal for two (Wonder who he'll choose for that), and chose Tate for face to face nominations
Elsa - Cuddly toy
Tate - Go directly to jail card, and he chose Marcus

Someone else bought the music playlist as it was Nancy's birthday, so IIRC their first party of the series

Then, lucky us, Elsa and Marcus had their meal on opposite sides of the bars, and get this Elsa has to get someone to cut her food at home, and Marcus had to do it. Meanwhile the music blared from the house, and even Richard was joining it. Good egg that guy, I just don't understand why Caroline has it in for him

On to nominations, and as expected, a sort of sheep mentality this week with quite a few of them nominating Nancy and Sam for the previously mentioned code talking, and indeed it ended up with Nancy and Sam on the chopping block....

The moment it was announced in the house, you could not keep that smile off Jenny's face and shortly afterwards she was gloating in the Diary Room doing a little air guitar. What's that old saying, pride comes before a fall? Her face is going to be a picture when Nancy or Sam come back from the secret room, and from the official sources it's not going to be long. So enjoy it while you can, Jenny....

Would also like to point out about Tate's face to face nominations, and one of them for Teja being rejected because it was apparently invalid. But they were happy to accept Sam's reason last week for Marcus 'being hot'? Get real, BB, and stop making the rules up as you go along.

Anyway, later in that episode, yet more political talk with 56 going on 21losing her big pile of poo with Teja, and she has the temerity to go whining to BB about being outsmarted by an 18 year old. Can't wait for her to be gone, she's like the second coming of you know who from series 8.

Less said about the task to win the irrelevant budget the better, yet another one that only lasted a few hours. What? Oh well if we must....

BB General Hospital, rules clear as mud as usual. They had to reach a certain rating, in other words, a fixed result in an envelope which BB could change at any time according to the storylines. Another task where most of them just sit on their arses and do bugger all, where are those days gone where EVERYONE has to contribute and not just a small few, and also *yawn* there was more stirring. For the days when they could laugh at themselves and have fun without constant division and stirring from BB

To cut a long story short they passed their first task of this series, and a budget of £1,000 was given. You know who tried to take over the shopping list in the guise of her trying to fit in. Problem is with this immunity, she knows she can do what she wants until this immunity is up and that's the frustrating thing. She already has Richard living rent free in her head, and it's eating her up that she can't get him to really bite. Is she really angling to get nominations all over the board once her immunity

On a side note, whoever told Elsa she could sing, your card is marked whoever it turns out to be, and you will be ousted along with her if there is another chance of getting rid of her and it's a double 😉

And now we come to the night where two unwanted presences went back in, one wants a showmance with Tate and the other is just so fame hungry. Get this, eligible to win when they go back, seriously why? Can't they just be guests, they've had their crack at this show and blew it? Don't take us back to that flop series, Timebomb, and make the current lot extras in their own series.

Not so warm welcome back to Emily and Farida, probably armed to the teeth with outside information about how the not rights in the main house are being perceived out here. How long before they start blabbing said info? Probably 5 minutes after they have gone back into the main house, and BB will probably do nothing or dish out one of the more puerile punishments at their disposal

Sam was the lucky person to go to the secret house, but jeez that crowd was dead all evening. They couldn't even muster up a loud woop woop, ok they had to be quiet for Emily and Farida being put in there, but not even a whisper for Sam going to the secret house. Was secretly wishing someone from the crowd would have gone rogue and shouted 'Get Emily out'

Both returnees immune for the coming week, while Sam could be in trouble again as he is not immune, and will probably be up again when he's back in the main house.

That's about it to be honest, sorry to be a negative nelly but this series is a tad bit frustrating. I know the tag line is 'the game is changing', but BB never know when to stop causing division and let things develop organically, or what the word spoiler means as they actually spoiled Emily and Ferida's return mere hours before they went back in, granted the complaining would not have been any different, but it did seem predictable it would be those two. Think back to launch night and THAT twist that got rid of Emily the first time..... what did most say? Exactly, she was all but certain to go back in at some point and be eligible to win.

A loooooong week 4 ahead, and the secret people will be back in there by the time this is published

Again apologies for being a negative nelly, hopefully things will get a little better but we know the drill as in stirring, stirring, with a little more stirring thrown for good measure

'nuff said, and keep on rocking. Until next time.

Lights, Cameron, Eviction (BBUK)

Yes it's been another while, citizens, but here we go again

Welcome in as we catch up with this current series, and what a few episodes it has been, with so many twists, turns, comings, goings, expulsions.

So let's go back to where we left off with some of the key points of these last few episodes

Emily's exit - All I can say is good riddance as she left out the back door, but my gut feeling is we haven't seen the last of her with what is planned for the next eviction. More on that later....

This is Big Brother, not Love Island - You know where I said in the last post, Marcus had showmance written all over him, well I don't like to say I told you so, but..... Ok so I got the other half wrong, nobody's perfect 😉. Him and Elsa on and off more times than a light switch, right now it's currently ON, lucky us eh? What the show think we want to see apparently....

Four new arrivals - Now this is where things get more annoying, as yes it's more meddling with nominations as the new arrivals Feysiola, Richard, George and Love Island wannabe Cameron B come in and had to choose to give Evil Eyes to two of the current housemates to go on the chopping block, and they went for Zelah and Gani

Jenny's prison sentence - Yes, the jail returned, massive yawn. Just more airtime for whoever is in there. 'nuff said. The way they scoff and laugh at these 'punishments' is very frustrating. More like a reward really, what happened to the harder BB of old who would waste no time taking nominations away from the guilty party or something else meaningful that they wouldn't laugh at.

George and Caroline's warnings - It wouldn't be BB without one or two yellow cards issued, and boy did these two deserve it. Won't repeat on here what either of them said, let's just say a big thumbs down to their comments.

Gani is evicted - No real surprise, and another one out a different way, but this time it was understandable due to Storm Amy sweeping the country. So the wait went on for the first front door eviction.....

Normal(ish) nominations - Hallelujah(ish), let me explain. Earlier in this week, BB brought out a box and Caroline chose to open it to reveal a 'cursed' eye which automatically put her on the chopping block and she would have to do face to face nominations, or would she? Hell no, she immediately chose to use 1 of  her BB eyes to buy her way out of trouble, and gave the cursed eye to Richard. He chose not to give it to anyone else, and would wear it until it expired on that week's eviction night. He would be joined by Elsa and Cameron B on the chopping block, but it was originally four with George there as well, but we all saw what happened. More in a little bit on that.

Two failed shopping tasks - Less said the better. I don't know about anyone else but remember when the shopping tasks were fun and lasted much longer than a few hours, and without BB chiming in and deploying their wooden spoon with the usual 'Name the most lazy/biggest gameplayer'.

Bye bye New Cameron - Yes, we finally had a front door eviction. He only went in for a showmance, but just think of the scenarios. We could crush one showmance, but get stuck with the other as in Marcus and Elsa or the the showmance in the making had Elsa gone with New Cameron and Nancy, or worst case we would have lost Richard. But thankfully losing Richard wasn't an option, but less thankfully we got stuck with Marcus and Elsap laying out their Love Island audition, at least for now

Now for the real elephant in the room, which has caused quite a stir on forums and social media alike....

George's expulsion - The dope was warned, and just about everyone knew how it was going to end. In or around the time of the second shopping task, he was summoned to the Diary Room and didn't even take his expulsion seriously when BB spelled it out to him, The dope got exactly what he deserved, he had every chance to learn, but blew it. Good riddance to bad rubbish, especially someone with his narrow minded views.

And speaking of elephants in rooms, brings things nicely to the latest news which has gone down like a lead balloon everywhere. Is everybody paying attention? Those at the back as well?

Right, basically another 'original' idea. Not happy with a launch eviction, now we are going to get a fake eviction with 2 former housemates and the next evictee going into a secret room complete with secret missions and god knows what else. Just hoping whoever comes back in, doesn't reveal outside information, as many know one of my biggest bugbears of this show in recent years. Remember in the dark era of Five when friends and family were going in there and passing on everything about how the not rights were being perceived on the outside? Celebrities taking over a civilian series along with former housemates?

Thankfully some problems were solved with this latest attempt as AJ said on the sideshow 'no celebrities or past winners allowed' so that rules out another possible return for she who was/is banned, as in the winner of Power Trip, as I dread to think what the reaction would have been had she been unveiled as one of the two.

Me personally, I would like to find who is actually going in in terms of the former housemates, and then whoever is on the block vote accordingly so there's a good mesh or this could fall flat on its face. I just don't know who can be trusted to keep quiet though, as there are some loud screamers in this current group, who may give things away quite quickly, and also who from the former housemates would cause the most carnage depending on what the secret missions will be. Lots of thinking to do before.

So there we have it, all caught up I hope.... Some enjoying the series, some not. Judging so far, no real clear winners but a definite plus point I would like to point out is the really good Friday and Saturday live feeds we are getting so far, minimal interruptions from birds and what I like to call the IKEA catalogue footage. If only the rest of the week was like that, instead of near maximum silence post nominations, because they don't want to spoil who is on the chopping block, or indeed panic when something kicks off, or they want to save particular conversations for the highlights, which is really frustrating.

Anyway, onwards and upwards as we fast approach this fake eviction malarkey..... A rating of 6.5 from me for this series so far. Still a long way to go, if we can dispose of that showmance very soon then it would be nice, but not much chance of that this week I know. Maybe the week after, and with any luck the two former housemates will only be passing through and not be eligible to win the cash.

Here's to hoping eh?

Anyway, that's enough for today with the next episode on the horizon, and as I say on the forum:

Enjoy, complain or both. YOU decide

Keep on rocking ;)

Could and should have been a lot better (BBUK)

Good day, citizens, the day after the night before is upon us, and welcome in as the bones of Launch Night are picked through

Well, what can one say really?

Some housemates with massive social media followings already, and more or less known by many, a launch not fit for purpose, or just plain misleading

  • Gani - 39 years old, and works as a night manager in a pizza parlour. Seems like a humble gentleman for now
  • Cameron - Posh farmer from Somerset, probably the most normal one in there right now but could get lost amongst the louder housemates
  • Nancy - Pentalingual, and a keen gamer. A hobby close to my heart.
  • Caroline - The so far only 40+ housemate, but trying too hard to please already
  • Zelah - 25 years old, claims to get compared to a spaniel, and lived as a woman for 23 years of his life, could be one to watch
  • Teja - Doesn't like being told what to do, so she claims. The journey housemate if she gets to the end, as she's only 18
  • Emily - Joined the Conservative Party at the age of 16, went for drinks at Boris Johnson's house, and hungry for a showmance.... Enough said about her I think
  • Marcus - Jack the lad, serious showmance contender I reckon. Question is, who with?
  • Tate - Self confessed naked butler, how long before he's in the rudie nudies in there. I dread to think
  • Elsa - From the planet Dippy, claims she became Christian when she saw dead people
  • Sam - Don't mean to be rude, but jeez they love the sound of their own voice
  • Jenny - Irish misfit who claims she loves rule breaking, could be trouble if she stays in for very long
Housemates rating - 6.5 out of 10 so far.

Too many influencers for my liking, some of this cast stink of being scouted/recruited. Who needs agents when you have so many followers on the various social media platforms

Where are the brunettes, redheads and Welshies, answers on a postcard please

Some breaking news from Supertv on X (formerly known as Twitter), and I'm just quoting this so please don't swing out at me if this doesn't happen 😉

🚨MORE HOUSEMATES ARE COMING 🚨

The Sun are reporting that MULTIPLE new housemates will enter the Big Brother House TONIGHT! 👁️ They might be teased at the end of the show, BUT we won’t actually see them enter the house until tomorrow nights episode! 👀 #BBUK

As they all filed in, they were given an eye each which was vastly cut down, as the first few waited for their eye to drop from the chute on the stage, while the others had their eye waiting when they arrived on the stage, while AJ told them to hold onto their provided eye.

Then this is where things go a bit to worms, as once they were all in, and this is bearing in mind we hardly know them at all, the lines opened as we had to vote for who to put on the first chopping block which would be narrowed down to three for something else shortly afterwards

The 5 not rights were:

Emily
Nancy
Sam
Caroline
Cameron

If the light turned red on their podium they were in danger, everybody following this so far?

Anyway, the lights turned red for Emily, Sam and Caroline and they went off to the exit room, where the three of them will decide who will be the first evictee. HOWEVER WE won't find out the result until the next night's show, as BB in their infinite wisdom have decided to introduce the Love Island type cliffhanger, so immediately the opening night feed was in doubt.

To say it didn't go down too well anywhere, whether it be forums or social media was a massive understatement. I mean they could have had that done and dusted straight away, but nooooooo they had to find some way to drag it out to get people to tune in the next day. It is frustrating and not a good start. They claimed it was a 'first', but I think Showbiz Simon would thoroughly disagree and he was put back in, which probably happen to whoever the evictee will. Remember we're not paying to vote someone out, so they can turn round and say 'But you didn't pay, so we can do what we like'

Who goes, THEY decide

Launch twisr rating - 3 out of 10, and that's being generous. Just a complete mess.

By the way, the feed wasn't in doubt after all and DID come on despite AJ and Will saying it was cut, although we only got about an hour of actual footage before they switched on their version of an IKEA catalogue for the rest of the feed

So overall a very frustrating and confusing opening night, where most that could go wrong did go wrong leaving the punteroonies very unhappy....

Got to do better, much much better, we have 7 weeks, surely it can't get any worse.....

Keep on rocking,'nuff said

Nearly time now..... Time to welcome in new housemates (BBUK)

It's been 4 years away in regards to this place, I know, but it's time to give another ITV series a whirl

Who will follow in Jordan and Ali's footsteps as we welcome in at least 14 new mint fresh housemates for our viewing pleasure on ITV2, the edit decides 😉

Oh boy, what a ride so far in the ITV era, winners liked and disliked in celebrity and civilian alike

Sorry for the absence, my heart went out of the North American version and felt that this place wasn't taking off as well as I hoped so I stopped until now, but I hear the VIP series from Australia wasn't all that good anyway. In that time Canada's version has been cancelled, and the call goes on on social media to reinstate it, while down under Australia's has been reinstated with all it's bells and whistles that made it great when it was in it's pomp. Hopefully I will be writing about that, but have been keeping busy with social activities in the meantime, and other things.....

To say 2024 and 2025 have been busy would be a bit of an understatement. March 2024 saw my old gran pass away, and then almost immediately in April of the same year it was her funeral and cremation, and was a long journey to scatter her ashes but finally it got done in August of this year and she got her wish of being scattered at sea. That first Christmas without her was difficult, I still miss her to this day.

As for the social stuff, have been getting out a lot more than I have with various autism groups in regards to advice in Cardiff, and social activities. Wellbeing walks, social drop ins, attending poetry and music open mic nights... That sort of thing. I am struggling with communication though, and this coming week I do start an intensive course of meetings in terms of my hoarding issues. It's been a long time coming, and I hate using the word intensive, as I get enough of that when I go for work search reviews with Universal Credit, but as the old saying goes, 'for lack of a better word'

Anyway, back to BBUK, and we have the house pics in, and must say not bad and final look at the tidy house and garden before the inmates get in there and everything is strewn about the place

Pictures here and here, with thanks to Supertv and Big Blagger. Oh yes, there is a spoiler warning in place for those who want to wait for this Sunday's launch.

Thankfully some live feed in the ITV era, and not the paltry 30 minutes we would get in the dark second era. A whole 3 hours after the spin off, and 5 hours on a Saturday and yes for those that know me on the Digital Spy forum, more specifically the Big Brother section, there will be WHATM threads (What's Happening At the Moment). WHATM has been going since the early days of that forum, still fun to this day, but I just wish the birdsong and stock footage was less in this third era so we can at least get to know them properly, and form our own opinions without being told who to like or dislike by the edit and sideshow with what we can watch and listen to live when two certain buttons are not being pushed.

I know they have to switch the birds and SF on to protect their friends and loved ones outside, and in all due respect there is less outside contact apart from letting the crowd shout to get someone out on eviction nights which is comforting, when Five would be chucking in their F and F and celebrities who would be telling them everything about the outside. Let's not forget that irritating WOOP WOOP as well, which has been a staple of the show since the dark second era unfortunately. I know it's not hurting anyone, but personally I would love to see the back of it.

I hear AJ it will be really twisty this series or WTTE. but PLEASE can we actually get to know them, as we used to in the early days before throwing them into the meat grinder with these never ending twists. I get there HAS to be an opening night twist otherwise the launch would be seen as 'boring' to some, just let us form some impressions here and there without the bird song or catalogues and just letting them breathe, but then again there is the usual pointless task a day for the highlights.

Anyway, fingers crossed this upcoming series is talked about for the right reasons, mega twists or not, and we get some long awaited LOL or WTF moments (for the right reasons of course) in the ITV era

Will see how this series goes, as it is going to be clashing with MAFS and Celebrity Traitors, hopefully lots of writing to come when there is time...

Shout out to BB on Blast, who will be doing their usual sterling work when it comes to english speaking Big Brother, listen right here as they cover this series of BBUS and then BBUK

In the meantime, enjoy what time there is before launch with Strictly Come Dancing proper starting this Saturday if you watch that, and as always keep on rocking.....

Big Brother USA 2021 - Finale (Azah v Derek v Xavier)

History in the making as we head into the final episode of this season, where one of Azah, Derek F or Xavier will get the life changing $750,000 cheque, and also the title of first ever civilian black winner of the USA branch of the franchise.

Back again for one last waltz this series, as I don't cover the recap episodes which basically were what Friday and Sunday's episodes were, although we did get to see part 1 of the final HoH comp....

Previously

Putting the recaps to one side, the final 3 of Azah, Derek F and Xavier celebrated making finale night but not all was well beforehand, as you may have seen when Kyland struck a low blow on Xavier by mentioning Xavier's nephew in a less than complementary manner, which nearly caused fists to fly if not for Julie screaming at Kyland to get out of the house, but kudos to Xavier for showing restraint.

Once the dust had settled on that and Kyland eventually left, it was champagne all round and also video messages from home for the final 3.

As far as part 1 of the final HoH is concerned, it was simply endurance as they had to hang on their rockets for as long as possible. Last houseguest on their rocket would advance to the not so live part 3, which will be in tonight's finale, while the other two would face off in part 2, which will be a condensed edit on tonight's show.

So much to pack in alongside the HoH comps, as in questions from the jury, pre jury evictees and of course the voting to decide the winner of this year

Who will join Ty from Canada, Marley from Australia on the winners podium as the third black civilian winner in 2021? THE JURY DECIDES

Final HoH, part 2

And straight down to business with part 2, and it's a quiz based comp between Azah and Derek F. Quite simply the competitors have to answer the questions on a four slot based pictures of houseguests. They have to move the four wheels around to the correct four houseguests.  Fastest four to get 3 correct answers wins part 2 and joins Xavier in part 3.

Oh boy, a no brainer as AZAH moves on to part 3.

However on the remaining feeds of the season, there have been rumblings Azah will take X, while X will take Derek.... Either way X wins, unless Azah surprises everyone and cuts Xavier.

Derek's delusions know no bounds, as his self entitlement to be in final 2 demonstrates. Whoever wins final 3, PLEASE cut him in 3rd place.

Jury roundtable

No special guest this season due to obvious reasons

Seriously though, what is the point in this.... Xavier has this wrapped up no matter who wins HoH part 3. Absolutely no suggestion or hints that Derek is going to win, which is as it should be. Nuff said....

Final HoH part 3

Here we go, whoever wins this comp gets the casting vote

Another quiz involving the jury members, and it's all about to pick out which statements are false. 8 rounds, and the highest scorer gets said casting vote

And the final HoH of the season goes to XAVIER, no real surprise. Don't be too surprised to see him cut Azah here, and take Derek Dolittle to final 2.

Told you so, Azah finishes in 3rd place and Derek Dolittle is guaranteed a big sum for doing absolutely nothing.

Not going to bother with the jury questions as this is basically over now as a contest, but just to hear Derek make a complete fool of himself with the delusion that will spill forth when it's his turn to answer questions and indeed his final plea

Derek didn't disappoint in making a complete fool of himself in the jury questions and also his final plea, that was a complete farce. Even Julie was trying not to laugh during that segment.

Winners vote

Well, the short wait begins as the jury cast their votes, with more filler following afterwards. But I do want to point out Britini revealing her autism. Took a lot of guts in that pressure cooker.

And the winner of Big Brother USA 2021 is........XAVIER. No real surprise there, most saw it coming long before now.

The hat-trick is complete, Xavier joins Ty from Canada and Marley from Australia on the winners podium.

Sums up this season, good start and middle, and an endgame which just fizzled out and became so predictable. Xavier was never in real danger was he.

Oh yes, and as for America's Favourite Player which was always between Tiffany and Derek X, it is TIFFANY who takes the spoils. She'll be back for sure along with Derek X if there ever is another All Stars.

And so the curtain comes down on USA for another year, and a small breather now until November when we head back Down Under

Thank you to everyone who has popped in here to read these write ups, and hope they were up to the job. Hopefully see some of you back in November when we make the final stop of 2021 back in Australia.

Until we meet again for BBAU VIP, stay safe, stay frosty and keep on rocking....

Big Brother USA 2021 - Episode 34 - Final 4: Veto ceremony and Eviction

Hard to know what to say really, as we head into a not so live Veto ceremony, and then seeing who will end up finishing 4th place.

If as expected Veto winner and soon to be grand prize winner, Xavier, does not use the Veto then it's going to be up to Derek Dolittle for the casting vote.

Seriously DD, just a revolting thought that he could end up being in one of those final 2 seats next Wednesday when he has done NOTHING all season.

If not for the Cookout, he would have been out long before jury started

His claims to fame for him are:

Naming the Cookout
Bringing the said alliance together
Others saying he is a comp beast
Thinking he's got a final 2 seat all wrapped up already

Hell, the list is endless, those above are just a small sample when back on planet Earth his resume coming up to finale night is blank. No comp wins, constantly whining when something doesn't go his way....Need I go on?

As for the season as a whole, good start and middle, unfortunately the endgame has become predictable and flat. I'm glad history has been and will be made, but once the novelty of the history making wore off, it was back down to earth with a thud. History will be made, but at what cost.....

Dilemma for Dolittle, yeah right... We know who is going, it's the usual giving the person most in danger a slim hope edit

Jury segment

Here's Tiff, and we see her exit replayed and rinse and repeat with Hannah as well. Very interesting conversation where Tiff more or less admits to the Cookout alliance and the master plan. Lots of congrats all round, and opinions that she should have won.

Much like social media, the jury not happy Azah AND Kyland dropping the ball big time during the second double eviction when they should have sent Xavier packing as soon as they could.

Veto ceremony

Xavier chooses not to use the Power of Veto, so it will be Kyland or Azah leaving in 4th place and as stated already, Derek Dolittle gets the casting vote.

Eviction

And finishing in 4th place is KYLAND

Why wait until Wednesday?

Barring a major calamity during the final 3 HoH, Xavier has got this season all wrapped up

Hang on, what's this? Kyland and Xavier with a few heated words when Kyland brings up some of Xavier's relations outside, and nearly coming to blows before Julie gets really stern shouting at Kyland to get out of the house. Most drama we've had all season. It only took 60-70 days, but finally SOME drama.

Friday's episode is going to be messages from home and some season, and Sunday is looking like being nailed on for the season recap and the start of the Final HoH.

3 shows left of this season, and I can't wait for it to be over with and have a little breather before we head Down Under again for BBAU VIP

Until next time, stay safe, stay frosty and keep on rocking....
